I have more sides to me than a 3-ct. diamond! You think you know me, and then I say something off the wall, or I do something
you would never expect from "someone like me"...You can't tell a book by its cover. I am equally at home driving
a Lincoln Towncar or a Chevy Silverado X-cab. I've been there and done all that, and I guess I've learned a thing or two about
life and love. I'm lazy about some things, but I'll work far into the night if I'm in the middle of a great project.
I don't get much sleep because of that, and going to work in the morning isn't my favorite thing. But I'm working on becoming
a legend in my own time. You'll see by my pages that my interests are varied, and sometimes just downright weird! So--welcome
to my Home Page, friends!

My Chevy had leather seats, electronic windows and
door locks, a good radio and tape deck for those long drives, and a compass in the rearview mirror! I added a tool box since
this picture was made. It rode nice and easy, and had plenty of power for those hills and country roads. In the back I could
haul all those things I used to have to ask someone else to carry for me, or pay to have it delivered or hauled away. Yep,
a Texas lady needs a truck!
But the time came when the Silverado had too many miles
on her for the hard duty I required. So I traded her in on a new, sweet little Malibu LS, which turned out to be a great car...but
I have to watch those steep East Texas driveways!

I don't use my computer to play games, do
bookkeeping, or store recipes, but I do pay bills online. I like to email my friends and family on cool stationery that I
designed myself. I like to draw things in the Paint program, edit photos, find or make new sound files, and send them in my
email messages. Sure, I buy things on the Net sometimes, and there's no better way to keep up with the news and medical
info. If I want to know something, there's a site out there with information about it! Learning to use the computer has
kept my mind from turning to mush in my golden years. Now I have started to learn HTML code and Web Design! So you see, I
am doing this for fun, to introduce myself, and to see if there are any more "Oldies but Goodies" out there!
Note: Now, as of 2010, I also have two Wordpress blogs up and running!

"There's a mouse in the house And Grandma doesn't care, 'Cause it sits on her computer desk And
it'll take her anywhere... Her Home Page is full of links To all her favorite sites; She's the Webmaster
of the House, The Queen of Megabytes!" (from "Webmaster of the House"2000, by KL Maserang)
